FOR MATERIALS FOR CONSTRUCTING AND EQUIPPING A MULTIPURPOSE VISITATION CENTER FOR CHILDREN AND THEIR INMATE MOTHERS AT THE NEW MEXICO WOMEN'S CORRECTIONAL FACILITY IN GRANTS IN CIBOLA COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the capital program fund

forty thousand dollars ($40,000) to purchase materials for constructing and equipping a multipurpose visitation center for children and their inmate mothers at the New Mexico women's correctional facility in Grants in Cibola county.
