REAUTHORIZATION TO BROADEN THE LANGUAGE OF A SEVERANCE TAX BOND APPROPRIATION
TO PLAN, DESIGN AND CONSTRUCT A SOLID WASTE FACILITY IN LUNA COUNTY.
The
proceeds from the sale of severance tax bonds appropriated to the department of
environment pursuant to Subsection LL of Section 10 of Chapter 2 of Laws 1999
(1st S.S.) to plan, design and construct a city-county landfill in Luna county
may also be expended to plan, design and construct solid waste facilities in
Luna county.
