FOR A YOUTH AND COMMUNITY RECREATION CENTER IN SMITH LAKE CHAPTER OF THE NAVAJO NATION IN MCKINLEY COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the New Mexico office of Indian affairs

fifty thousand dollars ($50,000) to design and construct a youth and community recreation center in Smith Lake chapter of the Navajo Nation in McKinley county.
