FOR EXPANDING THE PURPOSE OF A SEVERANCE TAX BOND APPROPRIATION FOR THE ALLEN DAM AT THE NEW MEXICO BOYS' SCHOOL IN COLFAX COUNTY.

On the effective date of this act, the balance from the New Mexico irrigation works construction fund appropriation to the capital program fund made pursuant to Laws 1999 (1st S.S.), Chapter 2, Section 30 to renovate and make improvements to Allen dam at the New Mexico boys' school in Colfax county may also be expended to repair and improve the irrigation system associated with the dam.
