FOR AN ARCHIVE BUILDING FOR THE HISTORICAL CENTER FOR SOUTHEASTERN NEW MEXICO IN ROSWELL IN CHAVES COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) for an archive building for the historical center for southeastern New Mexico in Roswell in Chaves county.
