FOR LANDSCAPING IMPROVEMENTS TO UNITED STATES HIGHWAY 285, ALSO KNOWN AS FIRST STREET, IN ARTESIA IN EDDY COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

one hundred sixty-eight thousand dollars ($168,000) for landscaping improvements to United States highway 285, also known as First street, between Richey avenue and Hermosa drive in Artesia in Eddy county.
