FOR ROAD IMPROVEMENTS IN THE BUFFALO SPRINGS AREA OF MCKINLEY COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the state highway and transportation department

fifty thousand dollars ($50,000) for archaeological surveys, environmental assessments, clearances and improvements to United States highway 666 in the Buffalo Springs area of McKinley county.
