FOR PURCHASING A BACKHOE-TRACTOR FOR THE COYOTE CANYON CHAPTER IN MCKINLEY COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the New Mexico office of Indian affairs

sixty-five thousand dollars ($65,000) to purchase a backhoe-tractor for the Coyote Canyon chapter in McKinley county.
