FOR A HIGHER EDUCATION LEARNING FACILITY AT THE TWIN LAKES CHAPTER IN MCKINLEY COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the New Mexico office of Indian affairs

seventy-five thousand dollars ($75,000) to plan and design a centralized facility for higher education in the Twin Lakes chapter in McKinley county.
