REAUTHORIZATION TO CHANGE THE PURPOSE OF A SEVERANCE TAX BOND APPROPRIATION FOR
THE HANDS ACROSS CULTURE TEEN CENTER IN SANTA FE COUNTY.
The proceeds from the sale of severance
tax bonds appropriated to the local government division of the department of
finance and administration pursuant to Subsection LLLL of Section 11 of Chapter
118 of Laws 1998 to conduct a study and perform engineering work to extend a
gas distribution system for the Rio Chama valley and surrounding communities in
Rio Arriba county shall not be expended for the original purpose but are
reauthorized and appropriated for the purchase of furniture and equipment for
the hands across culture teen center, serving teens in Rio Arriba and Santa Fe
counties, in Arroyo Seco in Santa Fe county.
