REAUTHORIZATION TO CHANGE THE PURPOSE AND EXTEND THE EXPENDITURE PERIOD OF A
SEVERANCE TAX BOND APPROPRIATION FOR A NEW FACILITY FOR THE LA CLINICA DE
FAMILIA SAN MIGUEL CLINIC IN DONA ANA COUNTY.
The proceeds from the sale of severance
tax bonds appropriated to the department of health pursuant to Subsection C of
Section 13 of Chapter 2 of Laws 1999 (1st S.S.) for capital improvements at the
San Miguel clinic in Dona Ana county shall not be expended for the original
purpose but are reauthorized and appropriated to acquire land for, plan,
design, construct, equip and furnish a new facility for la clinica de familia
San Miguel clinic in Dona Ana county.
The period of time in which this appropriation may be expended is
extended through fiscal year 2007.
