SENATE CAPITAL OUTLAY REQUEST 13

45TH LEGISLATURE - SECOND SESSION - 2002

REQUESTED BY Shannon Robinson

FOR FIRE HYDRANTS AND A SWIMMING POOL IN ALBUQUERQUE IN BERNALILLO COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay projects be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

fifty thousand dollars ($50,000) to plan, design and construct a swimming pool for the area bounded by Louisiana, Gibson and Wyoming boulevards and Central avenue in Albuquerque in Bernalillo county; and

thirty thousand dollars ($30,000) for fire hydrants for the area bounded by Wyoming, Central, Charleston and Chico avenues in Albuquerque in Bernalillo county.
