FOR A PLAYGROUND IN CARLSBAD IN EDDY COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

one hundred twenty-five thousand dollars ($125,000) to construct a playground in Carlsbad in Eddy county.
