FOR CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS TO THE STAR HEIGHTS RECREATION CENTER IN RIO RANCHO IN SANDOVAL COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

one hundred five thousand dollars ($105,000) to make capital improvements, including the addition of bathrooms, a storage room and a game room, for an after-school homework center and library at the Star Heights recreation center in Rio Rancho in Sandoval county.
