FOR PURCHASING A VAN AND EQUIPMENT FOR THE MCKINLEY COMMUNITY CENTER IN BERNALILLO COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay projects be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

one hundred nine thousand dollars ($109,000) to purchase and install recreational equipment and furniture at the McKinley community center in Bernalillo county; and

thirty thousand dollars ($30,000) to purchase a van for the McKinley community center in Bernalillo county.
