45TH LEGISLATURE - SECOND SESSION - 2002

REQUESTED BY John Pinto

FOR WATER AND SEWER SYSTEM IMPROVEMENTS IN YA-TA-HEY IN MCKINLEY COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay projects be funded:

• to the New Mexico office of Indian affairs

sixty thousand dollars ($60,000) to design and construct the expansion of the sanitary sewer system for the water and sanitary district in Ya-ta-hey in McKinley county; and

one hundred twenty-five thousand dollars ($125,000) to plan, design and construct a sewer and water line system for the senior center and other community buildings at the Twin Lakes chapter in Ya-ta-hey in McKinley county.
