FOR A HEAD START FACILITY IN NASCHITTI IN SAN JUAN COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the New Mexico office of Indian affairs

seventy-five thousand dollars ($75,000) to plan, design, construct, equip and furnish a head start facility in Naschitti in San Juan county.
