FOR CAPITAL PROJECTS
IN EDDY COUNTY.
I request that the following capital
outlay projects be funded:
• to the department of environment
two hundred twenty-five thousand seven
hundred dollars ($225,700) to make improvements to the Riverside water system
in Eddy county;
to
the local government division of the department of finance and administration
sixty-one thousand seven hundred
seventy-five dollars ($61,775) for phase 3 improvements, including installation
of a pavilion shelter and picnic tables, at the Otis community center in
Bannister park in Eddy county;
four hundred seventy-eight thousand
dollars ($478,000) for phase 1 and 2 improvements, including installation of
new bleachers and fencing and compliance with the requirements of the Americans
with Disabilities Act of 1990, at the sheriff posse rodeo arena in Eddy county;
and
two hundred sixty thousand dollars
($260,000) to make improvements, including compliance with the requirements of
the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990, at the horse council arena and
fairgrounds in Eddy county.
