FOR WATER AND WASTEWATER SYSTEM IMPROVEMENTS FOR THE BERINO MUTUAL DOMESTIC WATER CONSUMERS ASSOCIATION IN DONA ANA COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the department of environment

one million three hundred thousand dollars ($1,300,000) to design, construct and inspect water and wastewater system improvements for the Berino mutual domestic water consumers association in Dona Ana county.
