FOR PHASE 1 IMPROVEMENTS TO THE DESERT SANDS MUTUAL DOMESTIC WATER CONSUMERS ASSOCIATION WATER SYSTEM IN DONA ANA COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the department of environment

one million one hundred thousand dollars ($1,100,000) to loop new water lines and crossings, install meters, shutoff valves, storage tanks and fire hydrants and make other related improvements to the Desert Sands mutual domestic water consumers association water system in Dona Ana county.
