FOR ROAD IMPROVEMENTS IN THE ANTHONY WATER AND SANITATION DISTRICT AREA IN DONA ANA COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the state highway and transportation department

twenty-five thousand dollars ($25,000) to make road improvements in the Anthony water and sanitation district area in Dona Ana county.
