FOR IMPROVEMENTS TO THE WASTEWATER SYSTEM IN THE ANTHONY WATER AND SANITATION DISTRICT IN DONA ANA COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the department of environment

one hundred seventy-five thousand dollars ($175,000) to construct and equip a wastewater lift station and improve the collection system for the Anthony water and sanitation district in Dona Ana county.
