FOR AN ENGINEERING FEASIBILITY STUDY FOR THE LOWER RIO GRANDE WATER USERS' ORGANIZATION SUSTAINABLE WATER PROJECT IN DONA ANA COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

two hundred twenty thousand dollars ($220,000) for an engineering feasibility study for the lower Rio Grande water users' organization sustainable water project in Dona Ana county.
