FOR PURCHASING A VAN FOR THE GALLUP HEAD START PROGRAM IN MCKINLEY COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the state department of public education

forty-five thousand dollars ($45,000) to purchase a van for the Gallup head start program in McKinley county.
