FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF A VETERANS' MEMORIAL IN GALLUP IN MCKINLEY COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

thirty-five thousand dollars ($35,000) to construct a veterans' memorial for the public arts park in Gallup in McKinley county.
