FOR IMPROVING THE SHAWN MCWETHY MEMORIAL SUBSTATION IN ALBUQUERQUE IN BERNALILLO COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

five hundred thousand dollars ($500,000) to improve facilities at Shawn McWethy memorial substation in Albuquerque in Bernalillo county.
