FOR PHASE 2 IMPROVEMENTS AT THE WEST MESA AQUATIC CENTER IN ALBUQUERQUE IN BERNALILLO COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

two hundred thousand dollars ($200,000) for phase 2 improvements at the West Mesa aquatic center in Albuquerque in Bernalillo county.
