FOR PHASE 2 CONSTRUCTION OF THE BORDER AREA SATELLITE INSTRUCTIONAL FACILITY OF THE DONA ANA BRANCH OF NEW MEXICO STATE UNIVERSITY IN SUNLAND PARK IN DONA ANA COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the board of regents of New Mexico state university

one million two hundred fifty-three thousand dollars ($1,253,000) to construct phase 2 of the border area satellite instructional facility of the Dona Ana branch of New Mexico state university in Sunland Park in Dona Ana county.
