FOR XERISCAPING AND LANDSCAPING MEDIANS AND FREEWAY RAMPS AT THE INTERSECTION OF INTERSTATE 40 AND RIO GRANDE BOULEVARD IN ALBUQUERQUE IN BERNALILLO COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) to xeriscape and landscape medians and freeway ramps at the intersection of interstate 40 and Rio Grande boulevard in Albuquerque in Bernalillo county.
