FOR DESIGNING AND DEVELOPING AN ELECTRONIC CAMPAIGN REPORTING SYSTEM IN THE OFFICE OF THE SECRETARY OF STATE.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the secretary of state

three hundred seventy thousand dollars ($370,000) to design and develop an electronic campaign reporting system.
