FOR UPGRADING THE SHERIFF'S RADIO COMMUNICATION SYSTEM IN DONA ANA COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) for replacing and upgrading the sheriff's radio communication system in Dona Ana county.
