FOR A CONVENTION CENTER IN LAS CRUCES IN DONA ANA COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

six million dollars ($6,000,000) to plan, design, construct, equip and furnish a convention center in Las Cruces in Dona Ana county.
