FOR IMPROVEMENTS TO THE RIATA ROAD CULVERT CROSSINGS IN OTERO COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay projects be funded:

• to the state highway and transportation department

one hundred eighty-seven thousand one hundred dollars ($187,100) to improve the Riata Road-La Luz arroyo culvert crossing, including demolishing the existing roadway and repaving, in Otero county; and

two hundred six thousand four hundred dollars ($206,400) to improve the Riata road-Laborcita arroyo culvert crossing, including demolishing the existing roadway and repaving, in Otero county.
