FOR IMPROVEMENTS TO THE LOHMAN INTERCHANGE IN LAS CRUCES IN DONA ANA COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the state highway and transportation department

two million dollars ($2,000,000) to widen and make related improvements from Lohman avenue to highway 25 and Telshor avenue in Las Cruces in Dona Ana county.
