FOR A REGIONAL WASTEWATER MASTER PLAN IN SIERRA COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the department of environment

one hundred fifty thousand dollars ($150,000) to design a wastewater treatment facility, a filtration plant and a wastewater collection system for Elephant Butte, Truth or Consequences and Williamsburg in Sierra county.
