SENATE CAPITAL OUTLAY REQUEST 235

45TH LEGISLATURE - SECOND SESSION - 2002

REQUESTED BY Dianna J. Duran

FOR CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS IN TIMBERON IN OTERO COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay projects be funded:

• to the department of environment

two hundred thousand dollars ($200,000) to install a water transmission line from the filtration plant to the main water tank in Timberon in Otero county; and

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

fifty thousand dollars ($50,000) to pave the parking lot at the community center in Timberon in Otero county.
