FOR RENOVATING GRAHAM GYMNASIUM AT WESTERN NEW MEXICO UNIVERSITY IN GRANT COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the board of regents of western New Mexico university

two million eight hundred thousand dollars ($2,800,000) to renovate Graham gymnasium at western New Mexico university in Grant county.
