FOR PHASE 1 IMPROVEMENTS TO THE NEW MEXICO SCHOOL FOR THE DEAF FACILITY RENOVATION PROJECT IN SANTA FE COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the board of regents of New Mexico school for the deaf

sixteen million dollars ($16,000,000) to plan, design, construct, equip and furnish phase 1 improvements to the New Mexico school for the deaf facility in Santa Fe county.
