FOR EQUIPMENT FOR THE SHERIFF'S DEPARTMENT IN TORRANCE COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

one hundred ten thousand dollars ($110,000) to purchase equipment for the sheriff's department in Torrance county.
