FOR A MULTIPURPOSE COMMUNITY CENTER IN DIXON IN RIO ARRIBA COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

two hundred thousand dollars ($200,000) to plan, design and construct a multipurpose community center in Dixon in Rio Arriba county.
