FOR A VETERANS' MEMORIAL WALL IN ESPANOLA IN RIO ARRIBA COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

one hundred twenty-five thousand dollars ($125,000) to plan, design and construct a veterans' memorial wall in Espanola in Rio Arriba county.
