FOR EXPANSION AND RENOVATION OF THE FACILITY OF LAS CUMBRES LEARNING SERVICES, INCORPORATED IN ESPANOLA IN RIO ARRIBA COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

eight hundred thousand dollars ($800,000) to continue expansion and renovation of a building in Espanola owned by Rio Arriba county and leased to Las Cumbres learning services, incorporated in Rio Arriba county.
