FOR FURNISHING THE CRISIS CENTER OF NORTHERN NEW MEXICO IN ESPANOLA IN RIO ARRIBA COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

eighty-one thousand dollars ($81,000) for furnishing the new building of the crisis center of northern New Mexico in Espanola in Rio Arriba county.
