FOR CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS IN THE MESA VISTA CONSOLIDATED SCHOOL DISTRICT IN RIO ARRIBA AND TAOS COUNTIES.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the state department of public education

one million five hundred thousand dollars ($1,500,000) for capital improvements in the Mesa Vista consolidated school district in Rio Arriba and Taos counties.
