FOR A LEARNING CENTER AND PARKING LOT AT THE NATIONAL HISPANIC CULTURAL CENTER OF NEW MEXICO IN ALBUQUERQUE IN BERNALILLO COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the office of cultural affairs

five million three hundred thousand dollars ($5,300,000) to construct a learning center and parking lot at the national Hispanic cultural center of New Mexico in Albuquerque in Bernalillo county.
