FOR PLANNING, DESIGNING AND CONSTRUCTING A RAPE CRISIS CENTER IN ALBUQUERQUE IN BERNALILLO COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

eighty thousand dollars ($80,000) to plan, design and construct a rape crisis center in Albuquerque in Bernalillo county.
