FOR CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS TO THE PLAYGROUND AT BANDELIER ELEMENTARY SCHOOL IN THE ALBUQUERQUE PUBLIC SCHOOL DISTRICT IN BERNALILLO COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the state department of public education

fifty thousand dollars ($50,000) to make improvements, including paving and fencing, to the playground at Bandelier elementary school in the Albuquerque public school district in Bernalillo county.
