FOR A CITY HALL IN MILAN IN CIBOLA COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

five hundred thousand dollars ($500,000) to plan, design and construct a city hall in Milan in Cibola county.
