FOR CONSTRUCTING AN ANIMAL CONTROL FACILITY IN SOCORRO IN SOCORRO COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

forty thousand dollars ($40,000) to construct an animal control facility in Socorro in Socorro county.
