SENATE CAPITAL OUTLAY REQUEST 402

STATE OF NEW MEXICO

45TH LEGISLATURE - SECOND SESSION - 2002

REQUESTED BY Allen V. Hurt

FOR CAPITAL PROJECTS IN BLOOMFIELD IN SAN JUAN COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay projects be funded:

• to the department of environment

two hundred thousand dollars ($200,000) to replace wastewater and storm water mains in Bloomfield in San Juan county; and

one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) to construct an elevated water storage tank in Bloomfield in San Juan county; and

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) to make improvements, including development of twelve acres of river frontage, at the sports complex in Bloomfield in San Juan county; and

forty thousand dollars ($40,000) to acquire land and develop it into a park in Bloomfield in San Juan county.
